How do I register as a Technician?

Simply go to our website https://techmanoncall.com/ and click on "Technician Login / Registration"

Enter your Full name, Email Address, and Password, and then click on "Signup"

You can now login to your account and upload the following documents for verification:

  1. Profile Picture
  2. Passport/ID
  3. Criminal Record document
  4. Upload Certificate
  5. Work Permit/ Visa if Applicable
  6. Other Document

Once your documents has been verified, your profile will be active and you will now have access to the MarketPlace

I have Registered But I can not see Jobs on Market Place.

Once you have registered as a technician, your profile has to be verified before you have access to Market Place for Jobs.

When do I get paid for a completed Job?

Once the customer has marked the job as "Completed", you will receive the payment immediately.

How do I know if there is a Job in the Marketplace?

Once a job becomes available on the Marketplace, you will receive text and email Notifications based on the services you provide.

Do I Pay Tax on my Earnings?

Yes, you will have to do your own tax return on all your earnings

How do I contact the Customer to arrange my visit?

Once you have accepted the job on the Market place, the customer contact information will be available to you

Once I have accepted a job, can I cancel it?

Yes, you can cancel any accepted job given 72 hours notice before the service is due. The reason is to give enough time to find another techman that will go and do the job.
