How do I Book a Service?

  1. Simply Register as a customer
  2. An email will be sent to your registered email address to activate your Account.
  3. Once you have clicked on the Link to Activate your account, you are now set to Book a Service

How do I Pay for a service?

You can pay for the service using your PayPal account, or Debit & Credit Card on the checkout page.

How does techmanoncall.com know if the service has been completed?

Once our Techman has completed the service, please login to your account and mark the job as "Completed"

How do I Leave Feedback for Completed Service

Once you are happy with the service provided by our Techman, simply login to your account mark the service as "Completed" and leave feedback for the service provided.

Do I get a refund if I cancel the service?

Yes, you will get a full refund of the total amount you paid for your service if you cancel the service 24 hours before the service date

Can I request a refund to a different card or PayPal account

We are only able to refund funds to the original payment source used to process the payment for your service. We can not change the original payment source where the funds will be credited.

Is the Technician Vetted?

All Technicians are pre-screened, vetted, and keep a regular check on their profiles. This keeps us and our customers safe. 

All of Our technicians have been assessed based on their profiles to meet the categories of services they have registered for.

The following documents are checked as part of our vetting process:

  1. Proof of Address
  2. Proof of ID
  3. Credit Check
  4. Code of Conducts and Ethics
  5. Proof of Insurance
